Yes. EMS uses low-frequency impulses cleared for fitness use. We screen every member during the trial and adjust intensity throughout each session.Does it hurt?

Most people aged 16 to 70+ who want efficient training. We adapt protocols for beginners, athletes, and members recovering from injury.How often should I train?
Two 20-minute sessions per week is the sweet spot. We always leave at least 48 hours between sessions for recovery.Will I see results?
Most members see strength and body-composition changes within 4–6 weeks of consistent training combined with reasonable nutrition.Are there any contraindications?
EMS is not recommended during pregnancy, with a pacemaker, certain heart conditions, or acute infections. We screen everyone before starting.
